Summer Sesshin 2025

Kōsetsu-ji’s monthly sesshins are periods of practice open to everyone, and the rhythm of the days allows everyone, regardless of their experience of Zen, to immerse themselves in the simple life of the temple, to harmonise with others and with the entire universe, and to free themselves for a few days from their usual agitations and concerns in order to practise the Way of the Buddha.

Arrival on Thursday 26 June from 6pm Evening meal at 7.30pm

Departure on Sunday 29 June, early afternoon.

Registration before 22 June.
