Introduction to the practice of zazen (seated meditation according to the zen tradition) led by zen Master Jikō Simone Wolf, abbess of Kōsetsu-ji.

Demonstrations of calligraphy and sumi-e (Chinese ink painting) and introductory workshop on working with brush and Chinese ink with zen nun Dōshin Inès Igelnick.

Opening of the calligraphy exhibition.

Open to all.
